TERMS & CONDITIONS
Whilst care is taken to provide accurate colour representation of artworks for sale, there may be some variation between the colour on screen and the actual image.

The copyright of each artwork remains with ali heath and the artist involved.. Designs may not be reproduced by anyone without prior permission. 

It is recommended that original art is framed with uv protective glass and direct sunlight should be avoided to prevent bleaching.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
ORDER DESPATCH:
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days. They will be carefully packaged via insured and tracked delivery from the United Kingdom. 

Some handmade and made to order items will have a longer dispatch time. This will be clearly detailed in the product description.

Please note that an order will be dispatched once all items in the order are ready. 

RETURNS:
We want you to be delighted with your order and are here to help but as all art commissions and pieces available in Atelier AH are made to order they cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and within 24 hours contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We will send out an exchange and you must return the faulty item immediately unused, with any original extra items if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items must be sent back to us first for inspection. You can contact us with any queries at ali@aliheath.co.uk

GIven the unique nature of items being sold, all purchases are final. 

In the rare case that an item is damaged please send photos of the damaged packaging and item, clearly showing the delivery label, to ali@aliheath.co.uk and must be returned within 14 days of original receipt.
